Hi Cazbbank,

 

I thought I would just pop an update on this thread.

 

The fault was as a result of a traffic accident that took the telephone pole out of commission. A Survey took place and Openreach was able to install temporary service to bypass the broken pole, while a permanent fix is put in place.

 

I can’t apologise enough for the stress and worry caused by the delay. I am glad that your Grandmothers telephone service is back up and running.
