Access to Hub Manager

Hello folks

I recently had to rest my PC to "factory settings".   Since then I have been unable to access my hub manager or the bt home hub link.   I cannot find a way to restore the icons I originally had when I installed my home hub 2.

I have no trouble accessing my broadband, this still seems to be working OK but I want to make some urgent changes to my profile/settings.

I hope someone has a few words of wisdom.   Many thanks.

Thanks for this. All hub versions are constant with the address of 1.254 right?
