BT router not working - do BT support replacing it?

Hi,

My ancient BT router - thinks it 6 years old now has finally packed in. I've got an unlimited broadband package fixed for another couple months. Does anyone know if BT cover replacement of hubs as part of the contracts? Just looking for a bit of advice before i call em.

Thanks in advance!

Nothing wrong in asking for a new hub when you re contract

you could also phone uk sales who have helped others 08007830056

when I renewed my contarct last year and di not want a new hub I got a 12 month warranty extension on my existing hub so I would phone CS India and ask for a replacement  08001114567

If you're within a contract, BT should send you a new or reconditioned one free of charge.  I got one (a reconditioned HH2) recently and didn't pay anything.
