Best thing to do is get a Wii Lan Adapter for the Wii and connect through ethernet. Works for me everytrime now but no good on the new Wii U, the internet wirelss is terrible on the Wii U, they need some sort of upgrade cause the wireless card is already enhanced to be used for the Wii U but so bad anyway, ethernet connection gives a worse connection and lower speeds. Go to your DMZ in Home Hub and select your Wii or Wii U to the DMZ it does help a little bit.

Re: Nintendo wii not connecting to bt infinity!

I've looked through and tried some of them..... Why is it so hard to do this with Infinity? Absolute joke from BT!

Re: Nintendo wii not connecting to bt infinity!

Its not an Infinity issue, just a home hub 3 issue. The home hub 3 is also used on ADSL connections.

If you have tried all of the options including changing the encryption type to wpa only, then all you can do is what has been suggested, get a wii Ethernet adapter, and connect using an Ethenet cable.
