We have the BT Hub 3 with BT Infinity and are having problems with it.
- Our wireless printer constantly loses connection and has to be turned off/back on to solve it.
- Every now and then the router loses WiFi connection. Computers can no longer connect to it - the Windows error is that the security settings on the computer don't match the router. The only way to solve it is to do a full reset (paper clip into the button on the back, not the restart button on the side).
Are these known problems? The second problem is much more common when more computers are connected (about 6 or 7).
Edit: I should probably add that we had no problems with the previous HomeHub (which we used after getting two faulty BusinessHubs).

Sounds like the problem is that the Hub 3 is not good at multiple wireless connections. Makes is rather pointless for a business broadband package.
I'll look at buying a compatible router.
