I would like to cancel my broadband. I have had the broadband since last october, so going on a year. I am on BT Total Broadband Option 2 and I believe it is an 18 month contract.
I am cancelling because I am moving house and will not need it anymore. I am sure there is some sort of cancellation fee to pay out. How can I go about cancelling the contract?

Hi give them a call on 0800 800 150 , but before you do have a read of the term charges;
