Is there an Ombudsman to help deal with an ongoing dispute I have with BT.
In one word, no.
The Ombudsman will not become involved in any on-going complaint between a service provider and a customer. Thats not what they are there for.
If you contact the Ombudsman before BT make a final decision on your complaint, they will merely refer you back to BT.
You have to fully complete the complaints procedure with the company you are in dispute with first. If, at the end of that complaints process, you are still not happy, thats when you contact the Ombudsman.
And its Ofcom...
But I hope you get your problem resolved long before that.
