Bad state of line connections on telephone pole.

Where can I report this situation? This is situated about 10 mile out of Edinburgh.

This is the reply I got from openreach:

 We deal with public health and safety issues only.

So as long is it not hazardous openreach does not feel resposible?

What about risk of fault and bad connections.....

Like many utilities  providers now  until a problem happens it is left alone

That's a BT41, BT as in Block Terminal, not British Telecom. I actually have two spare lid covers in the back of my van.

Problen taken care of my friendly openreach engineer. Cups of coffee and some expressions of appreciations do wonders!

The problem seems to be with the people in the callcenters!
