Calling Features PIN number

Hello

My PIN is not being recognised  - I've tried 1234 but it doesn't like it.  I must have changed it at some time in the past.  How does one go about resetting this please?  I have searched the BT web pages for too long!

Thanks.

The pin number for what calling feature?

A Pin number is only required for.

1. Call Barring

2. Choose to Refuse

3. Call Minder

Re: Calling Features PIN number

yes, the default is 1234. so as you say you may well have changed it.

you will need to contact 150 or 0800 800 150 to get it changed

Re: Calling Features PIN number

OK thanks for that.  Have you any advice on which options to go through on the phone?  I tried yesterday but enquiries in respect of calling features go to an automated service.

Re: Calling Features PIN number

Thanks Ray - but I was actually enquiring about the option numbers to select after dialling 150 in order to speak to someone about resetting a PIN.  I think I'll just have to act dumb and go through to sales or something.
