High Level Complaints Team

Hi, Can someone send me the contact details (phone oreferable) for yourselves please. I have a very serious complaint regarding the inept service i have received and the fact my account is being cancelled without my request or any notification after paying a years line rental in advance and a plethera of other issues that i have previously failed to have resolved.

They are a UK based specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

does service exist

is it normal 'service' to wait 3 months to not get a phone line, then have to inform bt that the engineer did not turn up, then be casually sent a text and email (neither or which can be replied to) saying the engineer will turn up over another month later? i doubt.

 

why oh why does bt still have a monopoly?

 

over 3 hours of phonecalls, an engineer visit (could not fit the line) 2 surveys (the second had no idea the first had been 3 weeks previously) and still nothing.

 

no doubt we'll here about chief exec bonuses & bumper dividends soon ...............

 

no amount of forums or complaints processes excuses BT from this.

 

shocking incompetence

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
