I am trying to move home and change seperate BT landline and broadband accounts to my new address. I have changed over the phone line but have been told that I can't change the broadband at the number because it is a different account. I was given a number to call 0800 121 8085.
At the same time my phone has stopped working (although broadband still works) so I have no way of contacting BT that I can see (eg an email) except this forum. Any suggestions?

Just tried it myself and it connected OK, telling me that I was #2 in the queue. Can only suggest that you have another go.
