Amazed that I cannot switch to this plan without setting up yet another payment basis with BT.
ie existing direct debit facility CAN NOT be used. Annual rental MUST be made by either credit or debit card - which costs BT transaction costs & to me wastes time & effort. Also in a years time same hassle again. Also just invoiced for next quarter so repayment will have to be made etc etc.
Please all like minded users lobby for some common sense here! If you agree rate this & simply send a reply saying "AGREE" - thanks.
Update - credit debit card payment also opens up possible scamming scenario for scammers - see Pensioners special deal post. I agree 100% and when the banks start to charge per transaction again as they will a lot more people will agree
as for card security I'm a "once bitten 1 million times shy " on that one
