Why has the online chat support been taken down for residential customers ?
I used it awhile ago and now i cant find it. all i get is email us or phone us, well i would but my line is dead and my broadband is dead (having to use friends dongle)
Why do we have no online chat support? i swear last night when i got the broadband error page and followed a link , it showed an online chat link which is open 8am - 6pm ,, now its gone.
Not happy at all, i have paid my bill and i want my service back and can not contact them unless i use a mobile that charges a forutune , thats if you can get to speak to anyone , as you go though loads of options then just get soem computer telling you to go online for more support..
What a joke.
