Phone Faults Live Chat!

Hi Guys,

 

We are excited to announce that we have added a link to our phone faults, live chat team.  As well as contacting BT by phone and, of course, asking for advise here on the forum, you now have another option to chat live with a phone faults trained advisor to help sort out whatever issue you may be having.

 

Opening hours are

 

8am to 7:45pm, 7 days a week
