Please help! I need a BT engineer but cannot find a number to speak to some-one

Please could someone give me the number to book a BT Engineer?  Talk Talk is my phone and broadband service provider and after spending 4 hours on the phone to them carrying out various tests, they informed me that there is high voltage interference on the line and BT need to come out.

The numbers i have come across so far give automated options that are for BT customers only and the entire website is very frustrating as it is all sales.

How do I get to speak to a real person?! Help appreciated.

Thanks

If you get your phone and broadband from TalkTalk, then it is their job to arrange an engineer visit for you. BT retail will not want to know because you are not a customer of theirs. BT Openreach do not deal directly with members of the public.

Get back on to TalkTalk and tell them to arrange an engineer visit.
