BT Sport Ultimate Not Showing On Fire Stick

Tried watching Atalanta v AC Milan on BT Sport Ultimate via Amazon Fire Stick but never got the usual prompt on the Home Screen. Double checked the BT Sport TV guide and the game was apparently showing on Ultimate. Have used it previously for Premier League games etc without issue. Can anyone shed any light on why it didn’t appear this time? Many thanks.

Use the cog in the top right corner of the screen and then Device Checker. It should confirm that Ultimate is still available for you.

Thanks, yes I’m getting all the green ticks and have previously watched BT Sport Ultimate in 4K on the same device. Just didn’t show up this time. Will check again on Friday as I think that’s when the next game is on Ultimate. Cheers.
