BT Sport app / sky customer

Hi, 

I am looking for some advice please? I have just joined BT sports through sky during the week. I was trying to set up BT sport app also but I do not have any log in details set up for BT sport app even though I am now a subscriber of BT sport. Does anybody know how I would go about doing this?

If you're paying Sky for it you don't get the BT sport app but get it via sky go. If you're paying BT it should be the same details as your BT id

@mhastie87 If you have subscribed through Sky you do get access to BT Sport 1 - 4 on Sky Go, although it is a poor app with equally poor quality streams.
