I have BT Broadband, TV and Mobile, but noticed that my mobile monthly payment was below the limit for free BT Sport via the app.
I changed my Mobile subscription but have been unable to add BT Sport.
When I try to log into the app I get error ID003.
When I try to add Sport to my account it wants to link my Now TV subscription even though that's already through BT.
When I follow the link from the email confirming my new mobile details, the same happens with Now TV, and it then tells me there is no Sport subscription associated with my account.
I've tried all the advice I can find on this forum to no avail.
Any ideas?

Could you check the help at www.bt.com/help/id003 please @XavierWeiss - specifically ensuring that you're set as the account holder, not the account manager.
