BT Sport sound problem

When watching BT Sport, often the sound cuts out for a second, then continues as normal, cuts out again for a second after another  15 seconds or so and on and on. We use power line adapters.

Sounds like the well known problem. Workaround is to pause live TV for a couple of seconds.
