Hi, I bought a monthly pass via your website. Received success message online and £25 is pending on my card. Said I would receive an email to verify email address to activate BT ID.
I have received an email, but when I click verify it takes me to 'manage your account online' page with an 'Add your billing account' button; which is then asking me for a BT Account number.
I have no sport subscription, and trying to watch online then asks me to upgrade my services. I have no other BT services.
Tried calling but got nowhere, was advised I didn't have an account.
Can anyone help here? Disappointing, as I wanted to watch the CL games tonight.
