I have just signed up with for BT Sport monthly pass. However, following the online instructions I cannot see the option to cancel. I signed up using the same email that I use for MyBT. When I login there is only one account (see image). Why is this so difficult? Can someone please advise how I do this? thanks
When you say "just" signed up, how long ago was this? Is the account even active yet?
Once you've confirmed you can log into the BT Sport app, try logging out of MyBT and then log in again to see the new account listed.
