Charged twice - Netflix
I recently changed my package to Big sport from Entertainment, now I am being charged by Netflix for a premium account and also by BT for Netflix Premium. This has happened for last two month, I have just spoken to BT customer service and got to jus t cancel my Netflix payment details. Previously I had no issues with the switch over . Can any one help not getting far with customer service! I also never received an activation email this time?
