Discovery + app log in

Hi,

I have activated Discovery + in my BT account and it is working on my BT tv box and the app works on my bt tv. 

I have downloaded the Discovery + app on my mobile but I can't log in. I have tried using my bt details but it won't work.

What am I doing wrong ?

It's not your BT details you need to log in with - it's the account you created with discovery+
If you've managed to log into the discovery+ app on your BT TV Pro box and you're able to play content, then your account is fine - you just need to use those same credentials on your mobile.
