Discovery+ app still not allowing me to access sports after trying all the instructions on here!

I registered to get TNT Sports on the Discovery+ before the October deadline and had access to it for a while. However, I've not been able to access it since December and have tried all the different methods suggested on here by DarrenDev. I've even emailed tv.apps@bt.com and checked through all the advised methods of fixing the issue but to no avail. 
I subscribe to the Big Sports through BT TV (or EE TV as it now is) and when I'm on the Discovery+ app, then I click to watch any sport it comes up with a message saying "contact your provider to find out how to watch ". When I check my profile in Discovery+ it says my current pass is "discovery+ via EE/BT" and that the promotion has been applied to my subscription.

When I click on the link to activate Discovery+ (www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus), then confirm my account, it then takes me to a page that says 'TNT Sports account not recognised" and gives me a button to click to 'Add TNT Sports'. When I click on that it takes me to my.bt.com and, once I log in, there is no option for Discovery+ under 'New for you' but it does appear under my products as Discovery+ being a monthly extra showing as 'Active', as well as the Big Sports package being the product that I'm on.

How do I get this fixed?

Thanks for sorting this out for me. That last reset you did worked a treat and allow me to link the accounts properly.

Hi Darren,

i wonder if you can help, I have discovery/tnt sport through my BT.  I use the discovery app through Apple TV box. when i try and watch motogp content from earlier in the same day via the schedule it asks me to 'view passes' however if i click in any other programme it works. i only seem to be able to watch motogp that has already moved to the motogp section (which can sometimes be delayed by hours, hence i head to the schedule instead). any idea why i can't view these? this may have also happened with world superbikes too.  i'm almost punished for not catching it live and it not appearing under that section for replay/highlights yet.

I assume you also see the same message when you try to watch the live sports channels @watsthat ? Sounds like your pass is missing the Sport entitlement. Yours was activated in Feb 2023 - is that likely to have been you? Or is your discovery+ login from somewhere else?

Either way, I can reset your discovery+ activation to allow you to activate it again. This will add sport to the login that you're using (regardless of whether it's the one currently paired with your account). If you'd like me to do this, please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk

No i can watch live sport fine, and seemingly all other scheduled sport programmes except motogp schedules, it forces me to wait until it appears under the motogp section to be able to watch it.
i have had bt sport for 8 years, no issue, I also had discovery+ separately until they joined together. I then cancelled discovery and did the activation from my BT subscription i think. Feb 2023 might have been me.
