<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I have free access to the BT sport app via the contract I took out for my mobile phones a few years ago. When I try to activate the discovery+ app I’m unable to do so. Is my free access to BT sport app being removed or is there a way I can activate the new app?
It looks like a system error means your subscription wasn't deactivated a few years ago, when it should have been - the tariff you're on isn't eligible for sport access anymore I'm afraid.
