LP 103 error

Hi @DarrenDev 

I see you have previously helped people with issues with the apps/online players. I am getting the LP103 error and wondered if BT are any closer in providing a UI for users to manage the devices connected to the app or streaming to allow then to disconnect unwanted connections - like you can with Netflix.

It's not currently on the roadmap. You can achieve a similar result by changing your password, although it can take up to 8 hours for it to kick all other devices off. We're working on an update now that will reduce it to 30 minutes, but it's going to be at least a couple of months before that is live.

What do you think has happened with your account? Have your credentials been hacked? Or have you shared them, and you're now prevented from using it yourself?
