Manchester City V Feyenoord not listed

Go to solution

The match between Manchester City and Feyenoord in the E.U.F.A. Champions League does not seem to be showing on TNT Sport. I have also had a look on Discovery+ but can't see it listed there either.

On the TV listings it states that the game is being shown on Amazon Prime and no mention of TNT Sports? As TNT Sports claim live coverage of every EUFA Champions League match will be shown, what am I missing?

It's probably just me, but I just can't find it!

AFAIK , they don’t claim coverage of every Champions League match ( or not live coverage ) , this season Amazon have some games , the previous CL rounds this season were the same , presumably you didn’t notice if your ‘club’ were not playing in the game Amazon were covering .

Thanks for the answer, but they do claim to show all games!

If I look at my Your TV and Sports page it states my package includes...

  • Live coverage of every UEFA Champions League and Europa League match. Exclusive Premier League games, Gallagher Premiership Rugby, MotoGP, UFC, Boxing, WWE and more
  • discovery+ Premium, Eurosport 1 & 2
  • Includes a recordable TV box, watch up to 94 free-to-air channels including 16 in HD and AMC – exclusive to EE

When did you take that package out?  The new agreements only started from this season with Prime have one game per round.

I have had the TV and sports package for many years. The last time I renewed the contract would have been Oct/Nov 2023.
As you can see from my last post it clearly states that my package includes Live coverage of every UEFA League game!

@markgat

I'm sure that if you check the T&Cs of your contract, it will state that content can change.

I'm sure you are right. You agree a 24 month contract, and then it changes. The only reason I subscribe to the sports is for the odd football match and the wrestling for my kids. I can't watch all the games I was promised and the wrestling is going to Netflix. Shame I can't just change the conditions of the contract when I want!

Hi @markgat

It does seem you are being presnted with out of date information

Can i ask where you are viewing "my Your TV and Sports page " which lists inaccurate details.

Is it from MyBT and if so is it from  accessing MYBT from a web browser or an IOS or Android  app.

Also if you access MyBT via a different method  (eg an app if you were using web browser before) are you presented with the same information.

Hi @zulu17
I am accessing MYBT from a web browser on a PC. I log into MYBT - your products (manage) - TV and sport (manage). The details of my account are posted on the Your TV and sport page.
I have just tried going through the mobile app, but when I try to manage TNT sports it seems to lead me to "secureorder.bt.com". As I am not planning on renewing the sports at the end of my contract I certainly don't want to go down that route!

@markgat  thanks for trying.  Reason  I asked is that i see different  description  depending  upon how I access MyBt.
