No rugby Premiership highlights programme this season?

At least I can't find it in its usual place late on Sunday evening or overnight into Monday.  I know the Premiership is struggling with three teams folding last season and now down to five matches per weekend but surely that is no reason to drop the programme?    Or is it that the many of the usual suspects are over in France at the moment and not available to punditise?

While the World Cup is still on and with a load of other sport coming to a boil I do not have the stamina or enthusiasm to watch many of the matches live over the next few weeks.  Fallen back on the PRTV app for the moment.

There's a 45 min program called the rugby review after the game thats on just now & repeated from tomorrow so that may be the new one

I suspect that may be mostly talking heads with short video clips of the matches thrown in. We have moved a long way from the 20 minutes a match extended highlights that we once got.

Although i don't watch that rugby i don't disagree with you, they've ruined the champions league highlights by only having commentary on the games involving english teams with the talking heads then just speaking over clips of the goals mainly from other games

Well given that the studios at Stratford where’s lot of BT Sport programming used to.produced from were closed  this summer it is perhaps not surprising that several programmes have disappeared from schedules and some more basic highlights/review programming now exists.

Fair enough. But given they are still coming up with short highlights then that editing must still be done somewhere by someone.
