Not finding active sport subcription on account

I've recently joined BT with Fibre 2 broadband and BT Sport through BT TV. My services went live on May 18.

There are a few issues I've been having since placing the order.

Firstly, when I try and use BT Sport app, it is not recognising an active Sport subscription on my account when I log in. The Sport channels are working perfectly fine through the BT TV box. 

Secondly, when log in to MyBT, I get the message that there are no accounts I can manage. Basically none of my services are linked to my BT ID.

Thirdly, I am not able to claim the joining reward. Each time I click on it link I was emailed and log in, I get an error to try after some time. 

Any help on getting these issues resolved would be really appreciated.

Check out the instructions at to add your account to your BT ID. This will solve the My BT and BT Sport app issues.
