Email [email protected] with the account number, and the email address you'd like to use for the NOW account.
Please note that if the NOW account you're moving it to already has any subscriptions on it, they'll be transferred to the BT bill at the full current price - any existing deals or discounts will be cancelled, and any money already paid will be refunded. If that account has an incompatible products on it (e.g. Ultra Boost), they'll be removed.
