Playing BT sport on web browser (Macbook)

I have just purchased a monthly pass for BT Sport to access it online.

I have logged in and attempted to watch live BT Sport channels using three web browsers: Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

On each browser, I can hear the sound but I get no video at all. 

Can anyone please advise?

Are you trying to watch on your MacBook screen? Or a connected display device.
The content is copy-protected, so insecure displays won't be able to display it.
