Hiya
I was wondering if anyone can help me with a workaround for this problem. I don't use BT's hardware to access television content, I just use the BT TV app that I can download and install on my Samsung TV (its a 2022 model - QN90B).
To login to the app, I follow this process:
...and it worked fine the first time I set my TV up. I had an issue with the TV that required me to reset its configuration, and now when I try to log back in using the same process, I get a login error (error code SJ103).
These are the things i've tried to do:
- checked my login details are correct and can still login to the web browser version of BT TV
- de-installed and re-installed the app and tried again.
- removed the TV from the list of approved devices in the web browser version of the app (just in case that was blocking it in some way)
However, I still get the SJ103 error code. Has anyone encountered this problem before and is there any workaround for it? I don't really have space / HDMI sockets to use the BT hardware, so I'm reliant on accessing via the smart TV app.
Any help gratefully appreciated!
Best Wishes

Hi Darren
Thanks for getting back - and just to let you know, I didn't bother to follow this up as the BT TV app was going to be discontinued and replaced with EE TV.
I've just tried the new EE TV app and i'm getting exactly the same login in problem, so unfortunately this issue has not been resolved by the change of app.
Can you help me out with this as I would like to access and use? I will send you an email about it on the address you previously provided.
Best Wishes
