If I upgrade my TV to include Sky Sports can I view these on a PC or via the BT app or are these only available on a single TV?

You could watch on any NowTV supported device, theres a fair few if you look at NowTV - Ways To Watch NOW 
You would also be able to watch on the supplied Youview box as well.
