We are away from home for a few weeks, forced to take our internet over a cellular connection, from a 4/5G hub. We're going out from the hub by Ethernet to a laptop, which is connected to the TV by HDMI.
We can stream as much iPlayer as we can shake a stick at, as clearly as we like. The newly discovered Discovery+ (well kept secret BT!) will stream beautifully, but rugby on BT Sport? It is buffering constantly, then throwing up the VR256 error which I read relates to speed.
Is there anything we can do to improve this, in setting or whatever, to stream to the minimal standard - short of installing broadband here, which clearly is a non runner.
For the avoidance of doubt, the man of the house is a big rugby fan. 🙂
