I have had a full BT Sports subscription for a number of years. With the change of name to TNT Sports and the streaming platform in the UK being Discovery +, I have activated Dis+ yet I cannot access the premier league for example. I get a message which says "Contact your provider to find out how to watch". What am I missing?
If you check the Account page on the discovery+ web site (or in the app) does it show that your account is managed by BT? If so then email me at tv.apps@bt.com with the BT ID and BT account number and I'll get it checked on Monday.
Account says "discovery+ via Sky". This was set up before BT Sports became TNT, and was set up under my Sky credentials - Not BT.
I have tried logging into D+ with BT credentials but it doesn't recognise the account.
