Good Afternoon,
I recently cancelled my TNT sports subscription. It's the rolling subscription, not the monthly pass. It was paid up to the 3rd January and the cancellation email confirmed the service would stop on 3rd January.
I switched on today to watch TNT only to find out it's already been cancelled and I no longer have access.
Am I right in thinking this should not have ended until 3rd January?

Your correct your service should of continued until 3/Jan/24 at 23:59pm.
you should notify BT so they can correct the billed so you will be owed some pro rota because of it.
