TNT Sports change

Go to solution

Like others we had the email advising of the £15 price charge. I phoned up yesterday and the adviser I spoke to said that the email information was incorrect and that there would not be any change and TNT sports would continue to be free. She also said that another email was going to be sent out to clarify things.
I did say I hope you’re correct and that I won’t be calling up again soon to dispute the a new charge! She assured me that wouldn’t happen.

Fingers crossed she is correct.

Sorry, but the agent you spoke to was incorrect.

I'll message them to make sure they update their knowledge.

I did say that I seen other info to say the email was correct but she insisted she was correct. I think support calls are recorded so if I do get charged I can show it is their mistake. I don’t really want to call up again.

When did this promotion begin? It's not listed anywhere.

This promotion that BT mentions - when did it begin? Not listing on my contract nor bills. When I re-signed for two years in January notice of a forthcoming price change to TNT should have been given - if it had been, I wouldn't have stayed. Conned.
