Hi,
We just connected to EE broadband with TNT sports.
Connected router and set up TV box. Everything working. Logged into BT, activated Discovery+ sports etc.
TNT is not showing on the EE TV guide?
Got the sports on the discovery app on the TV, and on Laptop, but my 86 yr old stepdad needs it in the guide, otherwise he gets confused and stressed.
Called Help, they said it should be around channel 430, but that doesn't exist on the guide; it just goes from high 200s to channel 555.
We tried unplugging, retuning, but it's still not in the guide.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

@Mikebut Ok, so you haven’t’ picked up any of the subscription channels. Try doing a software update by going into settings. Is the box connected by aerial or IP?The TNT Sports channels start at 408 SD or 430 if you’ve got HD.
Press the blue button on the remote. Scroll to right and select sports...it's all there
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
We did a software update, still the same.
Using the Ariel and Wifi
Yes, looks like it isn't showing up - it shows 160+ channels but 0 subcriptions in the channel settings. When setting the box up it said 178 channels found?
Spent 90mins with EE/BT set up and they were bamboozled why it didn't appear in the guide.
Ah, OK. will try when back later.
@Mikebut Are you a new customer or have you just added something? I note that you mentioned EE broadband. Is that a change?
The blue button will filter channels, but won’t find channels that are not there in the first place.
New to both BB and TV
@Mikebut As you mentioned EE broadband, you would be better advised to ask on the EE Community rather than on here. It may be a problem that they are familiar with and possibly have a solution for over there.
