Hi, I signed up for TNT Sports after the date to activate and have received no email. When I open BT app I get the message to activate the TNT app and then get stuck in a doon loop in BT.com where nothing seems to be able to activate the TNT app - how do I go about it? Or do I just cancel and start again?
When I go to activate I just keep getting the same error:
Sorry, but it looks like we can't deliver HD Channels to you at the moment.
please provide fix for this? Thanks
Mine has all been sorted out very quickly using the email in message 46 as well

I am now having an issue that I’m unable to cancel TNT because I have a completely seperate work order on my account to move a feed wire for broadband…
also have to call to cancel the account - surely this can be done online.
