Hi. it seems like the online player has changed and now it is freezing and crashing every 5 minutes and when I refresh the page it takes me back to the beginning of what I am trying to watch. Is there any way to fix this ?
The enhanced player has been removed from all platforms that previously had it.
The web standard player can struggle on some devices. We're currently testing a replacement, which should be ready soon. You can try it out yourself by adding "?useHis=true" to the address bar. e.g. to watch BT Sport 1:
