amazon prime still freezing/not working on BT app

amazon prime works on smart tv, but either the picture does not load (sounds works) or run for a couple of minutes then stop and goes back to menu when i use amaozn prime via the BT box app 

have done hard reset

has anyone worked out this  ?

It looks like you have a DTR-T2100 @londonman - this is the oldest and slowest box that we currently support.
Amazon Prime updated their app a couple of days ago, and it puts a lot more demand on the hardware than it used to - it only just manages to scrape by on that model.
I would have expected you to have been offered a replacement TV Box when you re-contracted last year. You're on a VERY good deal at the moment, so it wouldn't benefit you to recontract again - I recommend you give the helpdesk a call and see whether they'll allow you to upgrade your box on your current contract.

how do you know what deal i have  or when i renewed ?

btw no deal with BT is ever considered good

i would have thought that privacy restrictions would stop employees accessing customer accounts

btw as you work in bt sport, what will happen to AFL for season 2025 ?

My role here is to help @londonman - this guys me permission to access accounts for the purpose of helping out.
I can't comment on sport rights I'm afraid - that was all handed to TNT Sports last year, and we don't have any visibility of it anymore.
