I had an email to say my prime was activated but every time I go on there it is asking me to sign up ?

This has been like it for nearly 24 hours and I missed the football last night because of this.

Amazon have said it’s nothing to do with them it’s down to BT

I had to cancel it on BT and pay by card instead
