But don't forget that one of the main reasons for BT creating BT Sport was to gain more phone+broadband customers. This is why they offer free access for BT phone+broadband customers.

So they might lose the £12/£15 Sky subscription fee, but they will gain £30+ revenue for the new BT phone+broadband contract. Using that argument they should make the free BT Sport service available on as many platforms as possible to try and lure as many new phone+broadband customers as possible.

BT Sport isn't actually available on TalkTalk TV. Plusnet currently just do a half price BT Sport on Sky offer, but Youview from Plusnet is due to start up later this year once trials are completed.

So I’ve spoken to an adviser and BT are still working on the BT sports app for PS4 and Xbox. Seriously, it doesn’t take like 4-5 years to just get an app on a game console?
