What is especially appalling is that it's impossible to get through even to cancel your HD/second room package even if you are willing to keep the BT Sport package. (certainly not interested in watching the dregs being shown in one room, let alone paying for a second room) It's a bit rich also telling you to leave the phone lines clear for "vulnerable customers" whilst not giving you the facility to make these sort of changes.
