Has anyone else been dismayed by the appalling customer service BT provide? I switched to BT Broadband at the beginning of April and have been having trouble with emails and BT Sport ever since. How I wish I had never left Orange!
Welcome to the forum, which would not get much use if other customers weren't having problems. If you have issues which the normal BT contacts have been unable to resolve why not post details on the appropriate board here? There are plenty of fellow customers willing to help, with BT moderators on hand to look into individual problems when necessary.
