BT Sports £12 for non-BT customers but BT customers need broadband and BT Vision?

I have noticed that Sky customers can get BT sports for £12 a month and yet I needed to add a further £7 (and a further £49 for activation) to get the sports channels on top of already paying BT over £50 a month for broadband and phone.

Is this fair?

If you want BT Sport via BT Vision, then you need a BT Vision box - that's the £49.  You also need to take out a subscription to BT Vision - only the sport is free.

If you have a Sky box, you could instead get BT Sport added to that for just a one-off fee.

You make it sound like Sky customers aren't paying anything for having Sky in the first place! Even if their contract has run out now, when the initially took Sky they would have had to pay an 'activation' fee to get the sky+ box, and no doubt take out a minimum tv package at £20+ a month!

Also you seen to be paying a lot for your broadband and phone!!!
