Hi There, I didn’t fix it, a moderator picked up the problem then a BT TV specialist went onto the system I presume and made some changes to the requirement tree.

Ok don't worry, I did predict you'd say that, I have already asked our supplier to check their end too, this is something we don't have visibility of.

As soon as it is also fixed their end I will re-post with an update, I have already created a fault on my side for tracking purposes so I will be back in touch.
