Hi. I am having the same issue. We left BT about 1 month ago and tonight we downloaded the BT TV purchases app to watch a movie that we purchased before leaving BT but keep getting an error message "third party user not subscribed". I would greatly appreciate any help or advise.

I am having the same problem I can't log in to the purchases app at all i get the same message about third party user . I can log in to my by account to see bills ect . I'm really frustrated because if got 100's worth of purchase with by and the assured me is mantain Access when I left.
