Aye, I was wondering that but tried downloading just a segment such a behind the scenes and still no joy!

I can either:
- Give you a refund for the amount you paid for the 2 films, you can choose to rebuy, buy something different, or simply enjoy having the money back
-Make them available to you again
any reply from the supplier regarding the issue downloading The Last Jedi??
I have just left BT and have the same issue with the BT TV purchases app. I cannot sign in and keep getting an error message "third party user not subscribed". Before I left BT, I checked on the BTTV app that everything was there and all was fine. Can you assist please.
Unfortunately the supplier we use for the TV Purchases app is unable to understand what is causing the problem, and rather than investigating further, are asking to review again on 11th December.
On 11th December, we are moving the purchases solution back into BT. With some development we will be providing all of your purchases on the BT TV App rather than the BT Purchases App.
This means that you can download the BT TV App on 11th December, and expect to be able to log in and view your purchases.
If on that day, you still find you are unable to see/download films you have purchased please let me know as it would indicate something wrong on our side and we can get to the bottom of it.
