BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games

So BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games each. Good that BT are getting Amazon on their boxes too.

Re: BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games

Isn't it just Amazon who have secured these 20 matches over the festive period? Sure, the BT Youview platform may have the Amazon Prime Video app by then but it's not really BT securing these matches. Also, it's a bit naughty of the Premier League to give exclusive rights to Amazon on Boxing Day...

Re: BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games

I will not be getting Amazon Prime anytime soon even though I do shop with Amazon at times. For I think I pay almost enough for my TV and broadband as it is with BT Infinity, BT TV and Netflix. I also still for now get the full BT Sports pack at no extra cost.

Re: BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games

This makes amazon prime so much better value than the TV license fee.

I think since the last world Cup all I can remember watching on BBC was planet earth.

Not great value for money over 4 years.

Oh, unlucky. To watch these games live a TV Licence would be required.

Re: BT and Amazon secure 20 live premier league games

Prime Video is £5.99 a month, and all of Amazon’s games are over a period of about a week; so all’s good.
